We provide unlimited modifications on provided work as long as requests are submitted within 7 days of delivery, and in rare situations, within 14 days of delivery. All revision requests for customers' orders will be fulfilled as quickly as possible, with a usual response time of 24 hours.

The following is the revision turnaround time based on urgency:

• For orders with a deadline of up to 24 hours, the revision turnaround time would be 24 hours.
• For urgent orders with a turnaround time of 24 to 48 hours, the revision turnaround time is 48 hours
• Revision turnaround time is 72 hours for orders of 48 hours or more.

PROJECT DETAILS

Before beginning a project, any project needs will be discussed with the clients. Service level conflicts shall be resolved by the terms and requirements agreed upon at the start of the project, these terms and conditions, and good business practices.

REFUND STRATEGY

You have the right to a complete refund before we begin working on your project. However, after work on a project has started, the refund will be executed after any applicable transaction fees are deducted.

In case of not pleased with a product or our service given by Ebook Fusion within 5 days after the conclusion of your transaction, you may seek a refund. If we cannot deliver the desired service through our unlimited revision policy, we will issue a percentage-based refund. If no refund request is sent within five days of your order being delivered, all parties will assume your satisfaction with the supplied goods.

Ebook Fusion offers a 100% Refund on all its services, however, it is not an unconditional 100% refund and certain conditions still apply.

Ebook Fusion Refund Policy will be Void if;

• You have chosen a special or a custom package.
• You have demanded revisions beyond the initial concepts
• The customer has not been contacted or irresponsive for more than 2 weeks without notice.
• If the project is placed on hold upon customer request, the refund will be voided.
• Company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
• The creative brief is lacking in required information from the client end.
• The business is closing or changing its name or business.
• Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with a partner, or other reasons that do not pertain to the service provided will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
• Once a client has accepted multiple sets of revisions (for any services), the refund will not be applicable.
