1. COPYRIGHT POLICY

You will hold the complete copyright to the bespoke book files, marketing material, software code, and final assets we design or develop for you. Upon final settlement of stipulated funds, all rights are lawfully transferred. Ebook Fusion holds no ownership of your final intellectual assets, and you are free to publish, distribute, license, and market the offered material as you see appropriate.

2. PAYMENT PROCEDURE

All digital marketing, publishing, and design services listed on this site demand full payment in advance of work beginning. For bespoke software projects or business solutions, payments may be separated into organized milestones as stipulated in your service contract. The customer remains liable for any local taxes, foreign transaction fees, or payment processing expenses.

3. UNLIMITED REVISIONS POLICY

We allow limitless design and text revisions on the original project scope, provided that revision requests are properly made within 7 days of raw draft delivery (extended to 14 days under special project conditions). Our staff works carefully to handle comments; typical revision turnaround times are rated as follows:

• ✔ For orders with a 24-hour deadline: The revision turnaround period is up to 24 hours.
• ✔ For urgent orders with a 24 to 48-hour deadline: The revision turnaround period is 48 hours.
• ✔ For normal orders (48 hours or more): Revision cycles are performed within 72 hours.

4. PROJECT DETAILS & SCOPE DEFINITION

Before commencing execution, all special technical requirements and content standards are locked in with the customer. Any further deviations or feature additions outside of the basic requirements will be treated as project scope extensions. Any execution issues shall be handled by mutually authorized project parameters, these terms, and fair business standard operations.

5. REFUND STRATEGY

Clients have the opportunity to demand a full refund before our development or writing teams initiate production on their project. Once active execution has commenced, reimbursements may still be handled minus transaction costs, project setup expenses, or salaries for milestones already completed.

If you are displeased with any asset given by Ebook Fusion, you may register a formal refund request within 5 days of delivery. We will consider the input and utilize our infinite revision cycles to remedy any concerns. If the delivery still falls short, a percentage-based settlement will be computed. After 5 days post-delivery, all provided content is presumed accepted, and claims will not be handled.

7. VOID CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS

The Ebook Fusion Refund Policy becomes fully invalid in the following scenarios:

• ❌ The client becomes fully unresponsive for a period beyond 14 working days.

• ❌ A conventional project brief lacks key beginning resources required to begin appropriate development.
• ❌ Refund claims are filed on subjective reasons such a simple change of mind or internal management upheavals.
• ❌ Multiple milestones and interactive layout modification blocks have already been authorized and signed off.
